This depends upon d constituent of d covering of that egg.!
More the lipid content, better will be the staining.!
And also depends upon the exposure to Bile.

i heard that bile stained eggs contains more ELASTIN.. is that so..??

I asked one of my micro professors this question.He said it's because some eggs have receptors for bile on their surface(shell)..He said he doesn't remember the name of the book he read this from..
