    Why Chest X ray is Mandatory in Left Recurrent Nerve Paralysis..?

    I think that Bronchogenic Carcinoma is more common in that case but dont know why..??

    Yes, probably...
    Left nerve dips into thorax, so its palsy probably indicates thoracic pathology... Most commonly bronchogenic CA...
