    Cord prolapse- Detached umbilical cord at the time of deliver,
    Cord presentation- Cord(abdomen) facing cervix at the time of delivery so the cord will come out first .

    cord prolapse is descent of the cord befor the engagement of presenting part that is most of the times malpresentations itself.presenting part is 1 that is first 2face the obstritian during vaginal delivery among the various presentations.
    scar dehiscencen scar rupture implies more r less same (i think so)
    placenta tissue penetration in2 the myometrium is accreta, into the serosa is increta

    scar Dehiscence-is thinning of scar means impending rupture.no involvment of peritoneal coat n widout haemorrhage.
    scar rupture-complete rupture involving peritoneal coal...may or may not b asso wid hg'.
