i read that right side pleural effusion is common. but abot prognosis i dont kno. any clues? any way bhavana start thread in appr place

i think left has good prognosis when it comes 2 massiv effusion as right side azygous vein compression brings in the difference

I think left sided pleural effusion has better prognosis.! In rt side chances of massive collection are increased because of larger pleural sac.! also hepatic infection may be considered.!

What is the right answer.?
