Ya. Furosemide can work even if GFR is <2-3/ml

ya loop diuretics shd b prefrd. thiazids r contraind. as they furthr decrease d gfr.

Loop diuretics works best when low GFR.! also Loop diuretics increase GFR somewhat.! Preffered drug is furosamide.(Lasix in india.)
