  • What is kinion's staining?Reagents used in it?-Cold method of acid fast staining
  • List out all the acid fast organisms
.('All' meaning just about all..I said M.tb,M.leprae,MOTT,hooklets of echinococcus,spores of nocardia but i left out cryptosporidium.microspora,isospora,etc)

  • Five types of tape worm-ok this one's easy...i jus messed up..n smiled at the examiner
  • Examples of unglazed n diatomaceous candle filters.
  • Stalactite growth-another easy one.It slipped outta my mind
