    1.Trendelenburg's gait:An abnormal gait associated with weakness of the gluteus medius.There is dropping of the pelvis on the unaffected side @ the moment of heelstrike on the affected side;accompanied by an apparent lateral protrusion of the affected hip..
    2.Trendelenburg's operation-The ligation of varicose veins whose valves are ineffective.Usually the saphenous vein is ligated at the groin, where it joins the femoral vein.
    3.Trendelenburg's test-Test to detect valve incompetency in a person with varicose veins.
    4.Trendelenburg's position-A position in which the head is low and the body n legs are on an inclined plane..Sometimes used in pelvic surgery or to increase the flow of blood to the brain in hypotension and shock..

    Trendelenburg test: This test is done to check Gluteus maximus whether it is paralysed or not there are two ways to check
    1: While walking person will support his paralysed side with his hand
    2: While lifting his one leg to hip will cause to fall on opposite side
