Whats difference between the older versions n newer versions of the kaplan lecture notes? Are they now divided into organ systems or is that another thing of kaplan?

I have even compared 2002/3 with 2006...no BIG difference except for pharmacology...but many people are fussy to have the latest edition...I am now studying from 2004 edition and they're fine...
