You can d/l 2007 one and compare then..But if you're firm for usmle then i'll recommend you to buy 2008 kaplan notes..

There is no 2008 edition, and for step1 i dont think any new edition will be released atleast for another couple of years. There is a chance of 2008 edition for step2, but im not sure when it will be released.

@a4assasins, 2008 one already released. One of my seniour is going to start prep. for step1 now and he has told me that 2008 one is released.
