Default Letters of Recommendation

I would just like to ask about letters of recommendation coming late, or after the sept 1 application. Would it be possible to add these documents after we have sent our official applications (via ERAS) to the different programs? Should we still send it to ERAS online or would it be better to send it directly to the different programs we are applying to?

i think actually you should have four LOR's (having more than 4 is good but minimum is 4) and LOR's of US professors and directors is very valuable but even u should have one from your institute.n coming to the time you get and update them...actually u have to send them to ECFMG before match and if u get additional LOR's later u cam update in the university site directly or else even u can carry them to the interview...
