    There are Qbanks other than UW. Do rapidreview, usmleRx, kaplan, brs etc;

    brs is a good book, it has questions at the end of every chapter. it also has a comprehensive test at the end. I dont feel that their questions are board worthy though. many of there questions are just asking for the what. I have not taken step 1 yet, but on the anatomy NMBE subject exam it was highly clinical. knowledge of physical diagnosis will help a lot. I used the kaplan qbook, which has some pretty good questions. also check the university of michigan website. it is free and they have about a 1000 questions, and almost all of them are clinically relevant so they will do a good job prepping you. also check the blue boxes in clinically oriented anatomy. they are not questions, but they get to the point of some commonly asked concepts. good luck.
