Default 11 Steps for a Better Brain while preparing for USMLE

Dear friends, this is my first post in this forum. I wanted to share this with all of you. A while ago a friend sent me this pdf , it contains a very interesting article in how to boost in many ways our brain performance. I think it comes in handy as all have a common point now which is to ace in the USMLE exams (STEP 1 in my case). It has been very useful and informative for me , I hope it is for you too.
