    Unhappy researching possible Digestive Disorder

    In the last year or so I've started to burp for no reason between or even without a meal. I can understand after a meal which I do as well but these are like just air for no reason. I don't think I get acid reflux or anything like that. But it does seem like an urgency to get rid of the gas in stomach or else discomfort in stomach.
    Also I'm starting to get kind of a knee jerk spasm just to the right of my sternum right about where the stomach empties into the small intestine, from what I can see in the anatomy charts. It's not a pain but more of a slight spasm that comes and goes before I can even raise my hand to rub it. That happened for a week or two and then disappeared.
    Any of these symptoms raise any flags?

    I eat fried foods about 2 times a week and eat vegetables with those from time to time. I am 240lbs at 5'11".
    I've been athletic build for 42 years and for 2 years now have let go of being fit. But not sure how much overweight I am by comparison. I used to be around 205 - 210. Any remedy ideas welcome.

    I think it is normal. You don't need to worry. Still if you have doubts, better go to gastroenterologist or any physician and get examined.
