Hi, I have been visiting doctors for years with multiple symptoms, and no one can relate them to one another.
Previous diagnoses:
Bipolar Disorder II
Hypothyroidism
Degenerative Disc Disease
Irritable Bowel Syndrome
Pedunculated uterine Fibroid

Symptoms:
Fatigue
Major abdominal bloating after eating most foods - milk products, sugar, alcohol, and carbohydrates producing the worst. ( No allergies)
Constant back pain
Muscle stiffness, severe foot cramps
Decreased reaction time
Blurry vision
Itchy legs
high heart rate, no abnormal rhythms
Constant Anxiety
Swelling of hands, feet
Long and heavy periods
Chronic vaginal infections (bacterial)

Horrible breath

i think that is most of them. (there might be more - I am having trouble recounting them all.)
Recently, I reviewed my lab results and noticed I have had a consistently high MCH (32.4) but normal MCV.

Can anyone relate these symptoms to one another?
I just feel something is wrong, but I cannot get any direct answers except for the above diagnoses -
I just turned 40 but have had these symptoms for over 10 years.
Thank you in advance.
