    2) Dynamic Muscular Stabilitation Training

Stabilization exercises eliminate the repetitive microtrauma of lumbar intervertebral disc which occurs due to repetitive flexion and torsion stress and the gradual prolapsed of the disc. Stabilization is accomplished through coordinated use of the trunk and proximity extremity musculature in order to limit microtraumatic motions during activity. This musculature also absorbs external forces otherwise directly transmitted to the motion segment.
