well it's a mnemonic for antibiotics,ahich class acts on what ribosomal unit.
AT acts at the 30 subunit and CELL acts at the 50S subunit.
It's from first aid for the USMLE STEP 1.

Aminoglycosis and tetracyline : 30S
Cloraphenicol, macrolid, lindamycine : 50S
Aminoglycosides binds with both 30S n 50S subunits.(streptomycin-30S, others- 50S)
