can anyone explain whart is this?

well it's a mnemonic for antibiotics,ahich class acts on what ribosomal unit.
AT acts at the 30 subunit and CELL acts at the 50S subunit.
It's from first aid for the USMLE STEP 1.

It's a question about antibiotic (which inhibit the ribosome or protein synthesis) and the answer is :
Aminoglycosis and tetracyline : 30S
Cloraphenicol, macrolid, lindamycine : 50S

Aminoglycosides binds with both 30S n 50S subunits.(streptomycin-30S, others- 50S)
