    Default clinical case

some times you see your your vein in your forarm, hand and foot appear with their larg size and pale blue color .some times this sings maybe refer to a clinical case ,vein spontinous thrombosis .
when the blood stream blocked by a clot especialy in vein the vein from its dranage area to the site of the blockage will get inlarge in size .
the spontinous thrombosis may be occur in the vein that found in the site that applied to excessive movement like sholder, armand hip region .
i dont have a photo to give you the whole idea but i found that pic. in google.com that image for inferior vena cava blockage but am not sure that its caused by the above cause which i mentioned .but it refer to the sings of blocking of the vein generally
