I am want to know if i should drop out as my medical knowledge is basically not enough . Will one year of clinical rounds/ internship and hard labour be able to pull me back up? if i spend 10 hours a day into these rounds and revision will that be able to bring me back up? I need to sit for PLAB examination after August 2017. I need serious help , a friend, a guide who can point me to the right direction because i am honestly pulling my hair out and am lost and depressed....
