    Ahoy Medical Geeks! I am David otherwise known as FireBurns, a medical student in the beautiful Caribbean where resources such as this are highly coveted!!! Thanks very much for having me ladies and gents hopefully I can add something of value here over the next few years of medical school, I just started in January, so it shall be a long haul.
