What was the problem for conducting ECG ?and what was his stage in this report ?
Their is 197 written by doctor and what is that?
What could be done at this stage and how he can survive at this stage ?
Why does it went to this stage
Their were few more problems i will write in next post but please give me this answers

Sorry for the late reply...

The EKG u have given here shows the pattern of retrograde conduction...that means transmission of cardiac pulses from ventricle to atrium...just opposite of normal...but it is difficult to give the cause without knowing medical history of the patient...

197 written in EKG is of no significance...it may be the serial no. of EKG...

their were no medical history at all since last 3 years as he didnt went to hospital otherwise we would have been take care
ok i understood now
I will give the some hints as we have seen before his death
He was suffering from vomtings one week and he have not taken food for last 3 to 4 days as his wife told
on the final day of the death he went outside as usual at 10.am and came back to his room after that he taken rest.Later he have taken a tablet for vomtings and stomach ache
after that the urine has been stopped. And then my mother taken him to nearby hospital as he was unable to stand or sit at that time
their the doctor asked to take him another hospital since his bp and pulse is unrecordable
like we went to 2 more hospitals but they even too refused to take admit in hospital

I ask you here
1.what was th condition before 10.am as he was gone outside
2.does the BP recordable when he was walking i mean before 10.am
3.Does he would have been survived before or after 10 am
4.Can you tell where we went wrong?

From the history of vomiting for last 1 week there is enough chance that patient goes in a state of hypokalemia(low potassium in blood)...this effects heart very badly which gave rise to this EKG finding...hypokalemia is fatal if not corrected at time...
answers to ur questions

1.before 10 am his potassium level might be low but not to such extent...

2.his BP was recordable before 10

3.it is difficult to say this...it depends on the condition of patient's at that time...(blood report , heart condition)

4.u have to consult the doctors much before when vomiting started...u have heard that diarrhoea is fatal if not treated at time...same is with vomiting...in both cases body fluid and electrolytes decreases...

i guess u got ur answers now...feel free to clear ur doubts...thx

It was paining that life went infront of me.What you said it was correct and the first physician who examined had told that we should have consult before when vomting was going

As we live seperately and he is an alcoholic none of dont know that he was very ill and was not eating anything from 2 to 3 days or even more. This all knows only his wife since both lives in seperate room.

I may need some more answers as it is important to me and my family that we learned a lesson
1. the first physician which is nearer to my house he told to my mother to take another hospital as soon as possible but my mother asked atleast to provide glucose and the doctor has refused.atlast he had given 2 bottles of glucose for begging.
After glucose had given his stomach was swelled and the water was comming (phasina) from body.
I tried in google before for finding similar case and i got this one where she was survived even in that condition

2.Is it good or bad to give glucose since it looks after glucose he even went to more serious stage.I may think though it was going to final stages.

well, i don't know what was in ur case.
But if there was hyperkalemia, and no h/o diabetes, definately glucose + insulin should be given and if ECG changes, Calcium gluconate shd be given too.
If severe hypokalemia, Sodium Bicarbonate should be given too.
