| Derm: "Color Atlas and Synopsis of Clinical Dermatology" By Fitzpatrick - very through: Epidemiology, Geography, History, Physical Exam, Labs/Special Exams/Dermatopathology, Diagnosis, Pathogenesis, Prognosis and Treatment - easy to read topic by topic Psych: Kaplan & Sadock's Comprehensive Textbook Of Psychiatry Agree with rupu, 80% is probably good enough for exams |

| in harrison sometopics are given much briefly and sometopics are much lengthy in skin and psychiatry. So i've not read these 2 systems for harrisons. i've finished skin except skin infections [STDs,leprosy and few others] and psychitry excluding delusion, illusion, dementia [quite lengthy in h'son] and 1-2 other shortnotes as there aren't given better in any books. Even in forensic medicine book, these topics were nicely explained than h'son or d'son. @asrafee, read psychitry. i found it quite interesting & entertaining. Just don't compare clinical features of any disorders with urself otherwise u'll be mad.
