NOD32 is great for these reasons:
1)Quick scanning speed
2)Very reliable protection, catches pretty much everything but the kitchen sink
3)Little CPU usage, small footprint
4)Very frequent updates
It's one of the best AV's out there. If you want a free AV, I would go with Avira.
I use Norton Internet Security 2009
it is fine....
i reccomand quick heal total security
use NOD32 or Kaspersky; Kaspersky is heavier on resources and probably have some (but not critical I think) bugs on their latest releases, hence the frequent new sub-versions.
I think that Kaspersky sucks. I just updated my year in the month of November 2011 and now I have to buy a new program. I went to support links to help with the problem and offered a free upgrade so I said okay. I downloaded it and now they say that I will not refund my money or else offer me a free activation seen that I have never had the protection of the full year. Certainly does not take off and continue the other programs. I was told VIPRE is one of the best and also outranked Kaspersky Choice Award for 2012 for PC AntiVirus software.![]()
