Not sure if I'm posting in the correct part of the forum but I'm turning 33 in May and I still really have no sold work history and I'm still trying to get out there and make something of myself before it's too late. I have absolutely no medical experience but I've been kinda taking interest in the medical field because I know it's high-demand and I get along great w/ others. However, I don't wanna just jump into something right away. I just wanna know if medical assistance is right for me. It's just that I see so many younger Drs, nurses, MAs, etc.. and I'm just wondering, is 33 too old to start studying??
Here is the link to my local community college : Medical Assistant, A.A.S. - SUNY Broome
So I'd obviously be 35 upon graduation. I mean, I'm just wondering how employers will look at me once I graduate. Plus, I'd be pushing 40 if I decide to pursue the 4-year Bachelors.
Do I still have a chance if study and work hard enough??
