Thread: Help for selectionof PG dissertation

hi i m 1st yr resident in medicine. I needed some help regarding selection of pg dissertation topic.The disease profile in our hospital is infectious ds(malaria, leptospirosis, enteric fever, acute gastroenteritis, ) , ihd, diabetes mellitus, c.v. stroke, epilepsy, ckd, arf, HIV. It would be great if you guys could help me out with some ideas hopefully from the diseases i mentioned above. But suggestions for other conditions are also welcome.
