I think the idea is to change our IP if you desconect your machine most people change their IP, so you can disconnect your connection because I donīt think the University has a fixed IP for everyone.

Its so worth getting a premium account. Rapidshare.com is a huge file hosting website with tons of files uploaded on it. There are many people that upload to it not only on this forum. I found it very beneficial.
