      Default Exercising And Healthy Eating

      Life has become very hectic. The energy we have at the beginning of a day, it does not remain by the end of the day. In true sense, we are completely exhausted and want to just hit the sack. In the bargain, we lose out on valuable family time. Sometimes, we feel that if we had some extra time and energy for ourselves and loved ones. It is not possible to cut down on office time, but, we can surely rejuvenate ourselves by opting for Natural Body Rejuvenationremedies.

      The biggest and best way to overcome our stress and tiredness is to start meditation and exercise. It might not be possible for every working person to hit the gym. In such situations, doing a few minutes of yoga or aerobics at home can be helpful. You can also purchase gym equipments from the market and make your own gym at home. For any kind of exercise, you need to make workout time schedule for yourself. Following the time table to the T can keep you fit as well as healthy. This rejuvenates your body as well as mind.

      Yoga and aerobics are equally good as working out in a gym. Many celebrities and renowned people have used yoga to stay fit and get rid of the extra flab. A lot of these exercises can be learned through the internet. Swimming is another way to relax our overworked muscles. Maintaining a healthy diet and proper intake of water also affects the body a lot.

      Hello,

      Stress is not technically an illness or condition, but it can have a major effect on your life and body. When your stress levels are elevated, you can suffer from anxiety and depression, and it can eventually get to the point where you are losing sleep. This in turn can have a major impact on your work life and relationships. One way to help remove stress is through exercise.
      Daily exercise may not possible for everybody but yoga is more comfortable and best way to reduce stress.

      Following ways can help to reduce stress and tension:

      * controlled breathing
      * meditation
      * physical movement
      * mental imagery
      * stretching

      Thanks...

      Stress is not technically an illness or condition
      In my point of view it`s important, to make a difference between disstress and eustress and to know way some people are more resistant to suffer from the consequences of disstress. I think everyone has experienced that he overcomes a hectical, problematic situation where he feels a little overextended, and afterwards he feels full of energy, much more than before or in comparison to other similar situations. Meditation, breath control, and other autosuggestive methods to train the selfcontrol, can help to come out of a kind of vicious circle, but it might be not the way to change disstress situation in eustress situations. My hypothesis is that stress is on a level with very natural functions which should safe our condition in many ways, its a natural protective mechanism. We cant get rid of it, because its to deep in our nature. But the beginnig when this protective mechnisms start, we can change.

      The protective mechanism is quite simple, cortisol and adrenaline play the basic role, the consequences of a high dosis of these hormones we know. But what is the difference between a sportsman with that levels, who doesn feel stressed after it, and a working man, who feels completely empty on Friday evening. The sportsman is acting out, he is active with his body and so can give the body the chance to close the production line of these hormones. But also the worker who overcomes the situation and feels refreshed after it can do it. What is the reason for it? Because maybe we can close the production line( mean that the adrenaline and cortsol is not stored but depleted) with our minds, by it a sense or goal or something what closes the chapter. In the end acting out is to act out very natur mechanism like a guy who crashes cars and feels better because he acted out his aggression. To know our feelings, being nervous, being anxty, being aggressive and act them out is the main important thing in my point of view. Of course not everyone has the money and the inspiration destroy things, but there are ways to do it more gently and subtile

      I totally agree with you....Eating and exercise go hand in hand. For good health, long life, more energy and greater happiness, among many other benefits, the importance of regular exercise and a proper diet can't be understated. These two factors together are the most pivotal to determining a person's overall health, and adopting them both can make a dramatic difference in how you look and feel.
