Default Concerning use of Olive oil to lower BP

The quote check box was greyed out...
Olea europea leaves contain;
Secoiridoids: oleuropein, hydroxytyrosol. Flavonoids: hesperidin, rutin, apigenin, apigenin-4'-O-rhamnosylglucoside, apigenin-7-O-glucoside, quercetin, quercetin-3-O-rhamnoside, luteolin, luteolin-4'-O-glucoside, luteolin-7-O-glucoside, kaempferol, chrysoeriol, and chrysoeriol-7-O-glucoside.

Actually you need to drink -a decoction- of Olea europea (olive tree leaves 1 tsp per cup). The dosage must be lower than that of olive oil (which is a stomach lining irritant and to be taken during meals).

The leaves act as Anti-complementary, anti-microbial, antioxidant, hypocholesterolaemic, hypoglycaemic, hypoinsulinaemic, hypotensive, hypouricaemic, vasodilator.

Other uses are for Diabetes, diarrhea, oedema, gastrointestinal colic, hemorrhoids, herpes, high blood pressure, intestinal disease, respiratory tract infections, stomach disease, urinary tract infection hair tonic, pruritus, topical tt of wounds or infection, as poultice for rash, burns, (I prefer alternating EO of Melaleuca quinquenervia and VO of St john's Worts for a burn also works fine for treatment after radiation session but NO/NEVER Veggy oil before so as not to diffract rays).

THE RUNS
In case u need to jugulate a unsollicitated tourista .
Boil plenty of rice for a long time and drink the thick rice water (u may add sugar and salt. or if in France Drink a shotglass (without water) of Pernod or Ricard (has alcool)

PROSTATE - BHP
Use sunflower seed oil..the only real tt for BHP

ACID REFLUX
Before using any plants, perform an helikit (anhydrous citric acid and Urea 13C) test.. Some reflux may have their origin in high stomach levels of a bacteria called helicobater Pilori. Medical litterature also shows that some urticaria is caused by this bacteria.

COLD
Slice horseradish or onions add a generous amount of honey to cover and drink the juice the next day.
NEVER drink PURE onions juice : it will burn your oesophagus
You can drink pure horseradish juice but no more than 1 teaspoonfull a day.

you can also boil onions : 5 big ones in 2l of water, bring down to 1l and drink in next 48h.

I'm just adding some real common ones here:
1.Turmeric-Excellent antibiotic.Use as a gargle during RTI's, on cuts and wounds apply locally and for systemic infections drink a glass of warm water with tumeric in it.
2.Neem-Same as above.Neem extract very good for toothaches.
