    I feel like vomiting when drinking water with an empty stomach.. Anyone feels the same?

    Yes its true that drinking water is a great way to remove all type of diseases or illness. So as per the explanation of Asrafee... Just drink water in every morning and enjoy you life with healthy body......

    Hello,

    It is a very useful information even in Ayurveda it has been proven that drinking water just after waking up can make a person fit and fine for life time. If you are using this process better you drink water in copper jug. Put water in it for whole night and drink it early in the morning, this is more effective...

    Its a great post Asrafee. It is very beneficial to all of us. It did not give any kind of sideffect on our body.
    I want to share my own experience of drinking water in empty stomach.I am suffer from stone problem. My father suggest me drink water in empty stomach. I drink about 1.50 liter water in the morning. I keep it next 6 month. After 6 month when i make a scan of my stomach then doctor tell me that there is no stone in your kidney.
    So Only drinking of water help me.
    It helps in reducing and controlling other diseases also.

    In early morning drinking water with empty stomach will remove all type of diseases and illness.

    Basically water consists of several antioxidants and benefits to fight with horrible diseases and also medically it was proved that water is more beneficial for weight loss process. So drinking water in empty stomach should be more and more helpful for a human being. It works to reduce the risk of several diseases that are caused due to lack of water in human body.
