    Lightbulb Medical Stress..!!??

    Hey what do u do to withstand the stress of medical?

    I prefer internet and long drive on bike.!!

    What is Your answer?


    Its fun. May b someone get new idea to withstand such a huge and Long lasting course of medical.


    Also, a reply from SENIOR DOCTORS will be very helpful to us undergraduates...

    The bicycle is a great way to unwind. I also have a puppy and I take her to on a run. It works out great because she motivates me to work out and when I am done I study so much better.

    I just go to sleep. Nothing recharges the mind more than a good nap.
    Whenever we were stressed after long hours of study,I,and lot of my friends, used to put up an alarm timer of 10-15 mins and take a little nap.it always helps.

    alcohol, when I have a hangover I feel refreshed and have a clear mind, except for the headache, heh. or sex, or sleep, or riding my bike...

    I have been having a difficult time sleeping. are there any sleep aids that are safe for the long term that anyone can recommend.

    I just watch movies [specially action-horror-comedy] and think for future.
    If you'll think after your exams you'll have a great time or after being a doctor you'll do this and that, it'll make you happy & you'll wqork harder to make a great future..
    Just try.
    Future thoughts motivates me.

    Another thing is music. Both listening and singing will remove your stress.
