The World Mental Health Day is on October 10 every year, you can make preparations for supporting the day as an organizer or participate as a volunteer.

One out of 5 is suffering from mental illness in the USA. The thing we can do is to make the maximum people aware of this day and can be effectively done by using awareness.

Help the survivors by participating in various charity/fundraising events. Your little step will make another feel free from worries, depression and give them a new way to live happy life.
