    Very nice article, in fact food has always been highly related to the way we feel, certain foods may cause bad reactions in our body, while others may help us. A lot of diseases are treated/controlled with a certain diet, for example people with high blood presure, diebetics (my case), etc. I think its very useful knowing what a certain food makes in our body, THANKS FOR THIS USEFUL ARTICLE !!!

    great thread... i use natural medicine all the time with my patients because some of them cant pay for medicine so.. needless to say, it works great!

    food is the most important things to remain fit.if we want to look fitter all time then we have to eat fresh and healthy food.here healthy foods means those foods which have proper protiene,proper vitamin.if we eat these foods then we remain fit.

    food is a a good medicine for us.if we eat properely we always remain fit and fine and we do not fall sick.so just eat fresh food and be safe and be fit.

    food is the most important thing that we need in our life.it also work for us as medicine.food like eggs are help us to reduce belly fat.and Oatmeal can help to lose stomach fat.so basically food are important for us to remain healthy and to lose any kind of fats in our body.

    diet is the most important thing to remain fit and fine.if we eat fresh food then we have fit and fine and if we fit then we will able to fight with diseases otherwise we don't.foods like nuts helpful to us to get rid of belly fat.so eat this and say bye bye to your belly fat.

    we all know that food is the biggest thing that we need in our life.food gave us energy and also if we eat fresh food then we remain fit and fine.Whole-food ingredients deliver micro-nutrients that are found only in food.it contains nutrients in a "balance" that the body prefers.so eat fresh food and be safe.

    Food gives energy and of course it work as a medicine. Big source for Energy. But your post has unveil a different side of food.
