Powers of Moderators:-*

--All sections including Premium & ViP sections will be accessible.
--Moderators will have all benifits from MedicalGeek.
--If available, premium accounts to rapidshare, megaupload etc.
--Moderators can edit/move/close threads and many other powers.
--Moderators can edit/delete shouts.
--Moderators can ban abusing users or leechers/spammers/advertisers for fix duration.
--Award to best moderator, if we've extra funds available from donations.

*Power should be used wisely otherwise you can also be banned forever.

Work of Moderators:-

--Keep posting regularly and use your power properly.
--Keep forum organized.
--Move/merge/delete posts/threads as and when needed.
--Try to increase fourm activity and drive more and more members to our fourm.
--For further info, checkout moderator hangout after getting promoted.
