You can check your upload and download speed from here.
calculate accordingly.

If you've 256KBPS speed, then it'll take approximately 1 hour to upload.

e.g. video in audio-video-- related subsection ...
lecturenotes in medicaldiscussion forum in appropriate section..
E-Books and softwares aren't allowed.
