Post your suggestions regarding monthly contests

Hello friends,

We're going to start monthly contests at our forum.

And i believe in total democracy.

So i would like to know from you guys which kind of contests do you want and regarding price too..

e.g. Contests: Refferer contests, total posts, quiz etc..

Price: RS account, 10-25USD, Medical Products/Applications etc..

We'll start contests within few weeks..

The contests have to encourage members to participate and contribute more to the forum, like posting good stuffs, active participation in debates, w/e that helps in development of the forum (referrals etc).

Quiz, i'm not for it. Lol we already 've lot of exams to check our knowledge towards the subject, why again?! Further what is its contribution to the forum.

Total Post counts: Its really controversial, what if junk/spam posts?! Instead u can choose valuable posters in the month, from that shortlist a member.

Another thing there are lot of members who ve contributed so much to the forum, so their work has to be appreciated.

Posts/Referral are good indices to assess one's contribution to the forum.

On Prizes, Im against that '$' thing. Instead Medical product/apps, giving access to Premium zone for a short period sounds good.

U can also add sexy tags like "Winner of ***contests" , "Best poster of the month", "Respected member" etc;
