Default Can anyone suggest a MCQ software?

I am looking for a good MCQ software. To practice MCQ on a laptop.
please can anyone suggest.

there are a few MCQ software
-we can make MCQs
-we can practice MCQs
-but the problem is that - non of them will provide hint OR explanation after each question, if needed.

i will be happy if the software will run from a database file-coma seperated or other. (so that we dont need to type in all the questions to the software).

please help if anyone knows.
