I'm working on my PhD on a large scale telemedicine project concerning the mobile live management of mass casualty incidents, and since it is half medical half IT I would really need some support. The project is under supervision of the National Emergency Medicine Board of the Ministry of Health in Romania.

You'll notice that it mentions a mobile dedicated Android app which I'm developing - it's freely available on Google Play. If you'd like to get involved please let me know and I'll provide access to the database as well as any other documents you may be interested in (research plan, powerpoint presentation, approvals, etc).
