I'm working on my PhD on a large scale telemedicine project concerning the mobile live management of mass casualty incidents, and since it is half medical half IT I would really need some support. The project is under supervision of the National Emergency Medicine Board of the Ministry of Health in Romania.
I do have a presentation page (in my own language), but since it also needs some assistance you may find a brief presentation of it all (including screenshots and documents so far) plus actual means of support here:
LIVE Mobile MASS CASUALTY INCIDENT Management System | Indiegogo
You'll notice that it mentions a mobile dedicated Android app which I'm developing - it's freely available on Google Play. If you'd like to get involved please let me know and I'll provide access to the database as well as any other documents you may be interested in (research plan, powerpoint presentation, approvals, etc).
If you also know anyone who might be interested please share the information.
