New ammendments of MCI - Teachers Qualification for Various Post

According to MCI new amendments :

Associate Prof - Assist prof Experience of 4 years and compulsory 4 Publications
or
Assist prof experience of 5 years without any publication desired

Prof - Associate Prof for 2 years and compulsory 2 Publications in that tenure as first author
or
3 years of tenure as Associate Prof.
