Default idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

Hi friends,
this disease - idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis has still put the treating physicians in a dilemma. Its is still one of the failures of medical science which does not have a sureshot complete treatment for these group of patients as one watches them deteriorate day by day.
below is the ats-ers joint consensus statement on diagnosing and treating such patients.
even if a single patient is benefitted by this , I would consider this a useful post.
