A is a college student, B is a executive.A from a village, just moved in a city for 3 months, B from village too,but already in the lodge for 4 months. Her room 3mx4m, unventilated, but there is an air conditioner. So, what makes A feels that morning sickness?

Give us the age of A !! Any relevant history (surgical or medical)....

I guess that A is pregnant (most likely Differential diagnosis) !!!!

Senior doctors, what's your opinion ???

I agree with Amal if the patient A is a female and patient B a male... likely A would be pregnant.

Line of management :

Urine pregnancy test
Echocardiography

Pregnancy explains well the morning sickness, because it is very prominent in first trimester (due to HCG hormone)

Dizziness and Dyspnoea also do occur due to physiological changes in pregnancy !! But these are not prominent in many women (almost absent in multi-gravida) !!!

Question to all seniors here : Should we suspect cardiac disorders or complications here ?? I think this would rather depend on the age on the patient !!

Not much to go on here, i would either suspect pregnany depending on age & sexual activity, air conditioner & city air would be another factor as both increase noxious contaminants leading to respiratory symptoms/disorders

Default A and B are female...

They are female...
A is 22 years old, B about 30 years old.
after study in her college,A always make herself alone in her room.
So....the most possible cause is A is pregnant??
How about the ability to adapt in a new environment??Is it play an important role in this case??
