My friend has been suffering from chronic acanthosis nigricans for many years now,besides she is also suffering from pco like symptoms but on repeated ultrasounds no signs of pco were found even though she has been on glucophage and spironolactone for couple of years suggested by her endocrinologist to treat her hormonal imbalance...she is currently getting her treatment from a dermatologist who also added diane 35 to her list of medicines but none of the treatments have been effective enough to treat her acanthosis...she is very depressed due to her dark scaly skin..
And as you all know she is suffering from hair suitism as well and none of the treatments have proved effective to treat both of her problems even though her periods have become regular for an year now under her dermatological treament..

any sincere suggestion would be appreciated that can help her gain the confidence back and get her aconthosis treated!!
