Hey sis, dont sound this depressed..It appears to be some nervous problem. The ppl here might be able to help but it would be better to consult a good neurologist..Have u been to one already? For all we know, your problem might be a side-effect of some drug u have taken..
Pain in the palm @ night might be a carpal tunnel syndrome..bt this does'nt explain leg pain..Have u gotten ur blood sugar checked?

    Hi,
Thank you for replying me. I have tested my blood sugar, uric acid, hemoglobin according to the medical consultant. Every thing is normal except the hemoglobin is very low. I didn't consult with a neurologist privately. But I had admitted 2 times in hospital when it was very hard to control, in that time neurologists checked me. And they tell me that this happening from tension. I will be fine very soon, its not any disease. The suggest me to take pain killer. And the next time In an another Hospital they suggest me to take anti allergic pills when they are unable to find the cause. So should I go to a good neurologist or a medicine doctor?

One more thing I have forgot to say you. That you are right about the side effect of drug. I took "long looks" type of pills in past. But that doesn't make any effect at all. One more drug I had taken in large amount to attempt suicide, that is cyphon. No bomiting, and no precaution i took for that. But this pain has started after a few days of taking this. I was terrified, and didnt tell any one about this at that time. But now i always say this to medical instructor. I dont know what to do now. I want live now. Please suggest me what to do now..? Plz

    1. Neurologist to take a goon clinical hystory, physical to find or rule out reulogical sign, Cervical MRI to rule out syringomyelia, then if everything is fine start with antidepressant type Tricyclic antidepressant for a control of pain, improve sleep, and as a antidepressant.

    2. and finally a complete psyquiatric evaluation.

    3. this is not DM complication.

    Rule out peripheral neuritis
Get a comprehensive clinical examination by a neurologist
    Get a nerve conduction test

In view of associated anemia, you need to check Vitamin B12 level
Sometimes porphyria may present like this.

However without a complete examination and extensive investigation it is not possible to come to a diagnosis.

Stress can cause such symptoms, but that is a diagnosis made after complete exclusion of somatic disorders
