    Default Knee problems

If anyone could help me I would be super happy.
So today I was at the beach using a sand surfing board and I was going towards the water and it suddenly stopped and my body weight went forward as my knee gave out so my knee ( right one) went towards my left one and I felt a super sharp pain in between the top and middle of my ankle ball and on the bottom outside of my knee. It's been about an hour since its happened and I can walk with it hurting my ankle ball in that spot and sort of my knee but my knee hurts more when I bring it up and it's hanging in the air.

If there's any self tests you want me to do I could do them and posts the results if that would help. Any help on what you think could be wrong and any advice on what I can do to help make it feel better would be awesome. Thanks in advance

Put hot water and salt in a big cup and put your knee in the cup. Wait up to five minutes.
