1. biceps brachii- rough posterior part of radial tuberosity
2. supinator- upper part of lateral surface
3. pronator teres- middle part of lateral surface
4. brachioradialis- lower part of lateral surface
5. flexor pollicis longus- oblique line on anterior surface
6. flexor carpi radialis- upper part of anterior surface
7. pronator quadratus- anterior surface
8. extensor carpi radialis longus- posterior surface
9. abductor pollicis longus- posterior surface

1.triceps brachii- posterior part of the olecranon process
2. anconeus- posterior olecranon process+posterior surface of ulna
3. flexor digitorum profundus- anterioir and medial surfaces of ulna+anterior and medial surfaces of olecranon and coronoid process+posterior border of ulna
4. flexor carpi ulnaris-posterior border
5. extensor carpi ulnaris- posterior border
6. abductor pollicis longus- upper part of lateral posterior surface
7. extensor pollicis longus- middle part of lateral posterior surface
8. extensor indices- lower part of lateral posterior surface
9. supinator- supinator crest+triangular area in front of it
10. brachialis- medial border of olecranon process
11. flexor digitorum superficialis- tubercle on medial margin of olecranon process
12. pronator teres-upper part of anterior surface
13. pronator quadratus- medial surface

The radius and ulna are the two bones forming the lower arm and connect to the humerus bone of the upper arm at the elbow joint.
