In my opinion... You need two books for Com Med.
1. Park
2. Companion for 3rd MBBS by Singhi Yatiraj (JAYPEE Brothers)

The 2nd Book is cheap (Around Rs 70) and contains lists of things to study for the 3rd Prof Part 1, ie PSM, Eye, ENT. Most useful for PSM.

Park is recommend and must have according to me. It's a complete book. Don't try to remember and don't worry about it as you'll be able to write more then you read in only one subject that's psm.

Though you can have seniours' notes or your own to revise faster.

One of my friend was reading one mcq book by deepak misra also, which has given explanations of all mcqs and some SN. Check it at your nearest bookstall.

do 1 thing... u prepare ur own revision notes that is best.... for eg. uses of epidemiology means 7..only note down 7 headings...b4 exam read only that book... u vll come out vt flyng colors... if this is difficult... then there is a synopsis book written acc to PARK by paras medical publishers costs 150 r so...
