An extensive survey of the precordium and apical impulse is followed by careful ausculatory techniques includin abt jvp!! -----HOW 2 perform a thoughtful abdominal examination. We are taught the importance of general inspection and positioning of the patient and how to detect abdominal pathology ------HOW 2 efficiently evaluate a patient in the Emergency setting. Airway, Breathing and Circulation are covered as well as general trauma management skills. ------ Basic and advanced maneuvers for evaluating the pulmonary system. | @vishal yaa!!!! they r indeed the connnecticut videos!! but i didnt knew,,they r there!! i got the links for these a long time back 4m som othr blog,,i think!! btw i didnt posted the intro video as dat was nt too imp and as it takes a huge time for me to upload these!!!! and when i hav no net connection at home!! still i m uploadin these 4 my frendz!!!! btw 2 be more clear and straightforward,,i uploaded these to rpshare as i need points as all know !!! and i need points for downloadin other links!! as rapidsahre has a lot of gud links!!!
