Pt is full term.. So I think it's not worth to wait; just do CS.. Then if pt's condition is well, do appendisectomy along with.. Else manage it conservatively for about 1.5 to 2 months..

Appendicectomy and CS can be done in one sitting depending upon condition of the Patient....

I have assisted a case of Lap Cholecystectomy, Appendicectomy and abdominal hysterectomy on one patient in single sitting...

"Both laparotomy and c section in single sitting"

    Operative laparoscopy

When laparoscopy is performed for treating a disease, it is called operative laparoscopy. During operative laparoscopy many abdominal disorders can be safely treated at the same time that the diagnosis is made. While performing operative laparoscopy the laparoscopic surgeon inserts additional instruments such as probes graspers, scissors, biopsy forceps, needle holders, electrosurgical or laser instruments through two or three incisions in the area above the pubic bone. The choice of technique and instrumentation depends on many factors including surgeonís experience, location of the problem and availability of equipment.

Please read this Article, it may clear your doubt.
