had my surgical long case today, the case was relatively easy. It was a lump noted to be lipoma and was seen by a GP and refer to a surgeon. In my differential diagnosis, one of it was cervical lymphadenopathy but i did not sufficiently rule out infection apart from asking about fever, dysphagia, dyspnea, LOW, LOA and nodes anywhere else.

Would I be able to pass without sufficiently ruling out infection and malignancy with only asking these few question? i'm really worried.
