Some info about getting registered in Australia would be much appreciated! Is it possible for a foreigner to become a register in Australia or New Zealand?

Registered ur self
Create ur account
Pay 175aud, no need to choose any medical board
Get p1 form,
Complete formp1 and send it to amc aus with all required certified documents
Choose any date for the mcq examination
Fill c1 form online. Choose centre.
then go to the pearson vue site n book ur appointment--- most imp step....
Appear in exam

6. PSYCHIATRY- MAYOU R. OXFORD TEXT BOOK 2ND EDITION
7. JOHN MURTAGH’S COMPANION HANDBOOK OF GENERAL MEDICINE-4TH EDITION
8. SURGERY- TJANDRA, CLUNIE--- 3RD EDITION
9. OHCS- OXFORD HANDBOOK OF CLINICAL SPECIALITIES

Required documents
Primary medical degree (in ur case provisional degree/registration certificate n final yr mark sheet)
IELTS (if given to fulfill the points criteria)-40 marks
Passport copy- 70 marks
Bank statement/passbooks(optional)-25mark
Medicare card (optional)-25 mark
Passport size photographs---4

to be eligible for the examination u require 100 points....



from 2009 india is one of the examination centres for part 1 exam...

documents:
passport copy, primary certificate degree(mbbs), IELTS certificate copy,
incase if u have not given tht u can provide ur bank statement/credit card statement
and Medicare card(med claim card) and if u have international driving license
and yes four passport size color photographs
Notary Public is the person who is government servant, u can find him in court..


entire procedure is online..
create an account---------- logged in-------- fill the form ----------- pay 175 AUS dollar----------- they willl give u P1 form--------------- take print out of it---------------- fill it w\very carefully---------- certify all the documents by only one notary public----------------- send the form to amc--------will give reply within 3-5weeks-----------then they will send u link when u request for C1 Form ---------fill the c1 form online---------take the date of the exam---------pay 1830AUS dollar---------------- confirm the date of exam by goin on th site PEARSON VUE------ GO FOR THE MCQ EXAM.....
